I started my own health and wellness journey 10 years ago; I started my journey because I was having trouble getting pregnant: after about 5 years I lost 50lbs and finally got pregnant. While working hard to lose weight, I created a Facebook page specifically geared towards helping women lose weight and I fell in love with fitness and helping women learn to live a healthy lifestyle.
